Abstract


Purpose - The aim of this papaer is to analiyze impact service of mass transportation to customer decision making, using the service quality model by parasuraman and to determine the relative importance attributed to rake customer behavior. Design/methodology/approach - A Sample of 100 respondent who get the mass transportation by accidental sampling in 3 day. Fingdings For factors are perceived as important perceptions of service of mass transportation, (1) safety (2) comfortable (3) useable (4) secure.
Research limitations/implications - basic for local government to make policy at mass transportation.
Originality/value - government have to strategic policy to model mass transportation.
