FEDERATION DES EXPERTS COMPATABLES EUROPEENS: SEBUAH ALTERNATIF PENILAIAN KINERJA ORGANISASI SEKTOR PUBLIK

Abstract

To realized public accountability, public sector organization must  report performance of it. Public sector performance report, consist of horisontally reporting and vertically reporting. There is a lot of approach to measures performance in public sectors, such as balanced scored card, value for money, logic models, four quadran approach and Federation Des Experts Compatables Europeens approach . This papper measures performance in Banyumas using Federation Des Experts Compatables Europeens approach. This papper examined that the program have economically enough, eficiently enough and very efective. Besides use Federation Des Experts Compatables Europeens approach in measuring  performance, this papper also masuring customers satisfaction by costumers surveys.
