PENGARUH FAKTOR INTERNAL EKSTERNAL, ENTREPRENEURIAL SKILL , STRATEGI DAN KINERJA TERHADAP DAYA SAING UKM DI KABUPATEN SEMARANG
Abstract
ABSTRACT
The purpose of this research is to proof the internal and external factors of entrepreneur
skill and strategy which applied on the micro enterpreneur in Semarang regency. Those are
influence the competitive advantage simultaneously and partially. Micro entrepreneur has
great potency in the national and local economic according to this free market period.
However, it is ethos and competition still in the low level. The main cause of this problem
come up from environmental exertion factor, among them are internal and external factor
of entrepreneur skill, strategy and ethos. In order to solve this problem need an accurate
strategy to survive. This research purposed to study the influence of external and internal
environment, entrepreneur skill strategy, and ethos on the micro entrepreneur competitive
advantage in Semarang regency. The research has been done on 60 micro entrepreneurs
through four dependent variables and one independent variable using SPSS. The result
shown that internal and external factors, entrepreneur skill, strategy and ethos has
significant influenced on the competitive advantage that applied by the micro entrepreneur
in Semarang regency partially or simultaneously.
