Abstract


This study departed from the research gap which suggests that there are new variables that support creativity in improving organizational performance strategies such as rewards, individual performance and team performance. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of rewards, individual performance and team performance against strategy creativity and its influence on organizational performance. The number of respondents on this study is 50, then analytical techniques using The Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) AMOS. The findings of this study indicate that strategies to enhance creativity by giving priority to team performance, reward and individual performance.
