Abstract


Object of this research are 1) redesign smoke house cheap, practical and higienis, 2) calculate the cost of investment, profit and loss analysis, cost analysis, revenue ratio cost (R/C), pay back period analysis and the analiysis of break even point (BEP), descriptive analitic methode. This smoke house can accomodate 200 pieces in a single evaporation.The Investment cost of this smoke house are Rp 1.500.000,00 and the profit in 1 year are Rp 231.830.000,00, R/C cost are 1,52. All investment wil be return in 3,3 days. There will be break even point when the selling amount smoke fish are Rp 590,89 with 196,96 pieces.
